英國的客服一向引人詬病
不是老讓你枯等聽音樂(電話客服)
就是你問東他回西
我在英國遇上的克服其實都還不錯
剛來實有次為了internet打電話還遇上一個超好的客服
還會把問題拼字母給我
(很丟臉的是我竟然是聽不懂birth那個單字)
這次為了想要詢問退稅的問題跟French Sole客服往來的郵件還挺好玩的
1st round
去: I am not the UK resident and will leave the UK within 2 months.
Could I have the tax refund?! if yes, could you send the form to me?!
回: Thank-you for your e-mail.
Unfortunately French Sole are not part of the Retail Expert Scheme
and it is up to the customer to claim back VAT.

我當然知道退稅等到機場退稅櫃台啊!

去: yes! I understand, I just want to check could I have the tax refund "form"!
How could I claim back VAT without the application form.

回: I do not know where you can get a form from, we do not hold
any application forms at French Sole head offices.

但是答案一樣讓我哭笑不得!
我又沒說你把那張紙給吃了那麼緊張幹麻!
就算吃了只要沒拉肚子就好了啊!
只是要不到退稅單實在很不很常理耶!
有空的話可能要去總店問問看!
